Our holiday villa is located in Moraira, a beautiful coastal town on the Costa Blanca. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, dead-end street, just 2km from the village and the Ampolla beach. As soon as you walk into the enclosed grounds you come to rest and immediately get a holiday feeling.

Casa Nonna is on one level and has several large terraces. There are sun loungers and parasols and a lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool with a solar outdoor shower. A BBQ is at your disposal. There is also a large covered terrace.

All rooms have new air conditioners.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. They share a bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom with a box-spring bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with walk-in shower and toilet.

The cosy living room has a large corner sofa, Smart TV, pallet stove and patio doors to the covered terrace and sliding windows to the other terraces and pool. 

From the living area, you walk through the practically equipped pantry with coffee and tea corner to the fully equipped kitchen. The many sliding windows provide access to and views of Moraira, the terraces, swimming pool and large natural garden.
